Summary
This article explains the process to license a camera with HealthPro.
Prerequisites
To start the licensing process:
- Log in to an existing Customer Organization. If you do not have one, see Cloud Portal: How to create a Customer Organization.
- Navigate to HealthPro. If you cannot access HealthPro, see HealthPro: How to fix the Forbidden message?
NOTE: If you do not have a HealthPro license, contact your STEP Partner
who can use SalesHub to purchase the licenses.

Licensing a Camera
To license a camera:
- Log in to Cloud Portal.
- Click Licenses to confirm that licenses are added.
- Return to the main page and select HealthPro.
- Select Settings > Devices > Cloud Portal.
- Click Attach License.
- Select the type of license you want to apply.
- Select the device(s) to attach the licenses.
- Click Attach and close the window once the process is complete.
The License period and License name associated with your devices is now attached.
