It is instant and free to create your own personal customer organization, a sandbox where you are the system admin, free to explore everything. This guide details:
- Creating your own customer organization
- Adding your WAVE Sync account (if you have one) to HealthPro
- Preparing and adding your own direct-to-cloud cameras
- Using your cameras in OnCloud, HealthPro, and SightMind
- Inviting others to your Organization
- Using HealthPro Bridge
This article details how to set up your own organization so you can run any combination of OnCloud, HealthPro, and SightMind.
Creating a Customer Organization
To create a customer organization:
- Request that your Hanwha sales representative email Inside Sales to request a one-month trial license for OnCloud (most likely for Edge Recording), HealthPro and SightMind. While awaiting the licenses, proceed with the remaining steps.
- Click https://platform.hanwhavision.cloud/.
- Click Become a Customer.
- Create a new customer organization, with you as the Super Admin. See Cloud Portal: How to create a Customer Organization.
NOTE: If your email address has been used in a different Cloud organization,
use a new one, or an alias. You can instantly create an alias in Gmail by
inserting ”+”, e.g., bob+mycompany@gmail.com.
- Add your WAVE Sync account into HealthPro. See HealthPro: How do I attach a WAVE Sync account?
Adding an OnCloud Camera
To add an OnCloud camera:
- Insert a compatible SD card for edge recording.
- Set up the OnCloud camera following the steps in OnCloud Edge Recording: How do I set up an OnCloud camera?
- Claim the OnCloud camera to use for SightMind and HealthPro following the steps in SightMind: How do I set up the device settings? and HealthPro: How to manage direct-to-cloud and HealthPro Bridge cameras.
- License your camera following the steps in SightMind: How do I attach a license? and HealthPro: How to manage direct-to-cloud and HealthPro Bridge cameras.
NOTE: OnCloud gives you a 5-day grace period, but SightMind must be licensed to show
your camera on a dashboard. - Use the camera webviewer to set up the WiseAI Statistics page to track people counting, vehicle counting, etc.
- Bring the camera into SightMind following the steps in SightMind: Get started.
NOTE: Only direct-to-cloud cameras work with OnCloud, so unless you use a CGA
(Cloud gateway Appliance) other cameras in OnCloud do not work. However, assuming
it is compatible (see Direct-to-Cloud Camera Compatibility) you can use the
same camera on WAVE and OnCloud at the same time.
Share the Organization
To share the organization with others:
-
Go to Cloud Portal.
-
Follow the steps in Cloud Portal: How do I manage users and roles? to add users.
-
Claim each user into the app you want them to have access to - OnCloud, HealthPro, and SightMind.
NOTE: A camera can only belong to one organization.
Using HealthPro Bridge
NOTE: HealthPro Bridge enables you to push firmware updates, get warranty and product
life cycle information, and reboot cameras, when paired with HealthPro licenses.
WAVE Sync is quick to try out, but limited in functionality and scalbility. To use HealthPro Bridge to properly monitor and manage a WAVE system and its cameras:
- Follow the steps in HealthPro: How do I use HealthPro to manage WAVE systems?
To use HealthPro Bridge to monitor and manage Hanwha and Axis cameras directly, for example if they are being recorded on a non-WAVE system:
